Support staff were informative and patient. Overall, the best place I have wanted to never have to rush my dog to. The doctor explained the issue in a way I could understand. He did not pressure any decisions. Billing was extremely easy, which I do not often see "

" Staff was very nice, accommodating, professional, reassuring and kind. Staff and the doctor responded quickly. They got back to me as I was out of town and my dog's sitter had to take her in and of course we were nervous because we were not there with her. Doctor was very thorough and knowledgeable and offered possible solutions but when we decided to do a wait and see since Zelda has had similar issues in the past, the doctor did not try and persuade us otherwise. The entire process felt clear and easy and we appreciated that most. "
