Compassion and professionalism.
" What an incredible group you have! From the first phone call that I made (Ashley), to the next morning that I picked up my dog, everyone at Peak Paws was compassionate and professional. I especially want to recognize Chris, our vet tech, who explained everything to us and made sure that we understood the condition of our dog and what to expect from his treatment. Beyond that, he showed an incredible level of compassion for our baby, and for me and my husband. I also appreciate Dr. Kakas' thorough explanation of treatment options, and not making us feel pressured to do more than what was necessary, or concerned that we might not be doing enough. I highly recommend your facility to anyone looking for immediate veterinary care! Compassion and professionalism "
