The kindness of working with through a scary situation of my dog being bit by a snake.
" The staff was awesome working with me and my dog Buddy who had been bitten by a copperhead. The vet she was wonderful !! The vet , staff made me feel very comfortable in a stressful situation. I've already referred several people. So thankful for Peek Paws ! I will be using you all again . They also gave me some good ideas about one of my older dogs who has some leg problems. I will be calling back to set up an appointment to see if they can help. The kindness of working with through a scary situation of my dog being bit by a snake. Knowing I was getting ready the next day for a two week vacation. The staff made you feel relaxed even in an emergency situation. "

Compassion.
" Staff very compassionate and friendly. Bet used only media terminology. I have a medical background so it was not a problem for us but I feel like it would have been difficult to understand her had I not had that knowledge. Compassion. Not rushed to make decision to euthanize. "

The professionalism of the entire staff and Dr Raboin was personable and thorough in his explanation.
" Staff was exceptionally pleasant and explained what to expect. They told us up front that we would probably have a long wait. They gave us their undivided attention and diagnosed the problem almost immediately without a lot of additional diagnostic testing. The front desk, the technicians and the Doctor were all Excellent in their approach and level of care. The facility was super clean and provided a nice environment. We were very pleased and will definitely return if the need arises. We were impressed with the professionalism of the entire staff and Dr Raboin was personable and thorough in his explanation. Dr Raboin was Great! We only wished that he was available to be our regular vet. "

they were extremely knowledgeable and the experience was very organized .
" We needed an emergency vet during a holiday while our regular vet's office was closed. After calling around, we found that the other emergency vets in the area were on a 4-5 hour wait. We were so grateful when we found Peak Paws. Our experience was extremely smooth. The entire staff were amazing and could tell they really cared- both about us and our pup. They kept us in the loop and updated on a regular basis, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend them! They were extremely knowledgeable and the experience was very organized . "
