" This team was very solid and helpful in an emergency. My pup was hit by a car and we were able to walk-in immediately during the snow storm. Took no more than 5 minutes to get her to the back and with the vet tech. They were able to give me pricing up front and no BS which I love because I didn't have to wonder how much it was going to be. After an hour they stabilized my dog and told me to go home and I felt really good with the comms and the quote for best/worst case scenario. The follow up calls came on my cell with updates and baselines which helped me process the recovery process. Pick up was a breeze and they proactively refunded me for what they didn't use but had assumed. Really not rocket science and they are running the vet clinic like a well oiled business. "

" They we super nice on the phone and service and follow up were very quick. Only complaint is that I spoke to one person who collected all of my information and the dog's history. Then on a next call i repeated much of the same information back to someone else before speaking to a doctor. Not a huge issue but could be improved Dog was treated and immediately I received a follow-up - all in less than an hour. Super supportive staff "
